Shipping & Returns

Processing: As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Once your order has received, we’ll check with our warehouse or suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone to make sure we find you a solution. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipping: Once we process your payment we'll ship your items (usually 1-2 business days, however, some items can take longer). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, please feel free to contact us at support@electricskatecity.com

Please note: We are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska and we do not ship outside the United States at this time.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Do not ship the item back to us nor to the manufacturer before receiving our approval to do so.

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos of the damaged items to support@electricskatecity.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

RETURNS

Our return policy varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and in most cases, it is 14-30 days. If you have a question about a specific item, you can email us at support@electricskatecity.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before contacting us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@electricskatecity.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@electricskatecity.com.

Shipping The Returned Item

To return your product, please email us at support@electricskatecity.com and wait for instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
