Team Gee Warranty and Refunds Policy


We offer 3 months free repair for defective parts that come with the board. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Please note once you buy any product(s) you will get repair service. Meaning we will send you the product to fix/resolve the issue. If that of course isn't water damage. (We are working hard to build a local warehouse, repair center for the future repair service.)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please wait and first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at market@teamgee.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at market@teamgee.com

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. But you need let us know before we ship out the order.

In most cases, items shipped from teamgee.com can be returned/exchanged within 14 days upon receiving. But needs to be in perfect condition and original box. 

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
